Ticket Sales Regulations

1. General Information

Ticket sales for CMS Conf 2026 are conducted exclusively through an external operator - EasyTools. The Organiser (Openweb S.C.) does not sell tickets directly on this website.

2. Ticket Sales Operator

The entity responsible for the ticket sales process, payment processing, and issuing of accounting documents (invoices) is the EasyTools platform.

By proceeding to purchase a ticket, the User is redirected to the EasyTools system and agrees to the regulations of that platform.

3. Returns and Complaints

All procedures related to ticket returns, complaints regarding the purchase process, and payments are handled in accordance with the EasyTools Regulations.

Important Note on Refunds: As per our Conference Regulations, refunds are not available 60 days before the event. No exceptions.

Complaints specifically regarding the organisation of the event itself (e.g. programme, venue) should be directed to the Organiser at: hello@cmsconf.com.

4. Organiser's Liability

The Organiser determines the types of tickets, their prices, and availability limits.

The Organiser is not responsible for technical errors in the operation of the EasyTools platform or for breaks in the availability of the ticket sales service caused by the operator.
