Managing SEO and content across multiple products sounds manageable, until scale turns it into an operational challenge. In this session, I’ll share how we transformed our SEO and content workflows across a 4-product ecosystem (three WordPress plugins and one SaaS platform), managing more than 1,500 content pieces across multiple domains. As our content library grew, manual workflows became increasingly difficult to sustain: keyword research slowed down, content production took time and lacked consistency, audits became time-consuming, and identifying content gaps required significant manual effort. We needed a smarter, more scalable way to manage content operations without sacrificing quality or strategic direction. This talk explores how we introduced AI into our daily SEO and content workflows, not to replace people, but to remove bottlenecks and improve consistency across the ecosystem. I’ll walk through real examples of how AI supported us along the way and where human expertise remained essential.
