[ENG] SEO Starts in the CMS. How System Decisions Shape Organic Visibility

Many SEO problems do not start with content, links, or individual page optimization. They start much earlier - in the way the CMS is designed. URL generation, redirects, canonical tags, indexation controls, XML sitemaps, pagination, multilingual setup, structured data, media handling, and content templates can either support organic visibility or limit it from day one. In this talk, I will show which CMS-level decisions have the biggest impact on SEO, what issues are commonly built into content management systems, and why some of them are difficult to fix after launch. The goal is to show how SEO can be designed into the system itself, instead of being treated as a patch after the website is already live.
