AI is already changing how we build for CMS platforms: generating code compatible with any CMS, drafting API integrations, and prototyping entire features faster than ever. But while AI can speed up early delivery, shipping that work to real clients is a different story. We’ll share real examples of AI-assisted projects: what worked, what broke, and what still needed a human. We’ll cover the second wave after the first draft (debug, refine, test) and the gap between AI promises and client expectations around time, cost, and “doing it cheaper”.
