In this talk, I’ll share why conferences, meetups, educational content, and user communities are often the real drivers of adoption, retention, and growth. Drawing from years inside the WooCommerce and WordPress ecosystem—and organizing industry events myself—I’ll show why software alone is never enough, and what content professionals, agencies, and CMS teams can do to build stronger ecosystems around their platforms.
